The War On Zinc & The Enemies Of Zinc | The Zinc Crisis (A World Without Zinc Pt. 2)

Most of the world today is walking around with marginal subtle zinc deficiencies—and the zinc deficiencies are never detected on your typical lab tests.

When we use serial hair tissue mineral analysis, over time they will reveal the zinc deficiency.

Most adults today are in a sympathetic dominant pattern, which means they will never detox, and this is indicated on the lab tests of most of my patients.

Most adults are poor eliminators, so they retain toxic metals instead of eliminating them.

Why?

Most adults in our population have kidney congestion which means the microtubules in the kidneys are showing signs of fibrosis.

Meanwhile the liver is also becoming stagnant and fatty, as this is seen as fibrosis in billiary canaliculi.

When the two main organs of detoxification are compromised, you will not be detoxifying anything, especially toxic metals.

To mobilize toxic metals, you need adrenal reserves, you need to be in parasympathetic mode, and you need nutrient minerals to support the liver, the kidneys, and the adrenals.

Most of us are walking around as poor eliminators retaining toxic metals.

It may take anywhere between 1 year to 7 years to start mobilizing these toxic metals, revealing the zinc deficiency.

There is a war on zinc.

The most common deficient mineral in soil is ZINC.

Even if you are eating a very zinc-rich diet, you are lucky if even 10% of the zinc will be absorbed.

In order for zinc to be absorbed, you have to have stomach acid, you have to have the pancreas pumping out pancreatic juices, and you have to have bile.

If you don’t have these 3 things working, you will not absorb zinc.

This is most of the adult population today.

Chemicals like glyphosate and atrazine will chelate zinc.

Toxic metals will chelate zinc.

A diet consisting of phytates, oxalates, and high fiber will prevent the absorption of zinc from the food.

Pharmaceutical drugs like diuretics will chelate zinc.

Coffee, tea, alcohol will chelate zinc.

Emotional stresses will deplete zinc.

When you are deficient in zinc, nothing in your physiology will be working how it should be working.

This is why we need to have a deeper understand of zinc and the enemies of zinc so we can address better absorption.
