5 Important Principles To Help You Understand The Healing Process

Healing is never a linear process, and there is no academic intelligence or degrees needed for healing.

To heal, the main ingredient is brutal honesty to self, which is a prerequisite to real and lasting healing.

We need to be able to admit that we have feelings that maybe we wish we didn't have.

More importantly, we need to own these feelings without guilt and shame, so we can outgrow them and learn from them so that we can mature and develop as humans along our path.

The healing process should bring us to a place where we can say that we used to feel this way but no longer do.

You cannot separate the mind from the body.

Some of the universal laws in healing that we must integrate in the healing process begin by first understanding that we cannot separate the mind from the body.

Each symptom, mental or physical, has a meaning, and there are never any meaningless illnesses, or symptoms no matter what you may think is the cause.

Furthermore, multiple symptoms are always emotionally related.

Secondly, emotions are not necessarily rational, and therefore they cannot be solved with conventional linear thinking as we never choose our feelings, we experience them.

To outgrow our feelings, we must energetically digest them and absorb them so that we can process them.

That way we can clear them to reveal the kernel of truth.

Then we will take what we need to learn from them and eliminate what we don't need.

What we take will make us stronger and more sensitive to allow us to expand our awareness further and more profoundly.

This will enable us to feel more and digest more in our growing process, giving us emotional maturity that only happens through absorbing, acknowledging, and processing our experiences, not avoiding them.

Thirdly, emotions are carried in our bodies as energetic imprints and charges that need to be diffused and processed physically.

They manifest in precise and significant locations in the body structures, organs, glands, and tissues.

Fourthly, the healing process can take place only when conscious awareness is present, which is the key to healing.

We have in us, an inherited protective denial system in place.

We possess this failsafe mechanism that prevents us from feeling too much when we don't have a sufficient support system, adequate maturity, or emotional intelligence.

It is usually easier to endure pain at more of a strictly physical level than a mental, emotional level.

Therefore the evolution of symptomatic responses starts with physical distress that we call our symptoms.

When a mental connection is understood, the pain is felt at the emotional level than the physical pain becomes superfluous.

It is here that the difference lies between fighting illness and transmuting illness as healing arises exclusively from the transmutation of illness, never from conquering symptoms.

The fifth universal principle is that spirit rules healing, and it is the spirit that animates matter.

Our spirit guides and connects us with our reason for being alive.

As our spirit aligns us with our life purpose, its enjoyment allows us to adjust our lifestyles as well as accept and adapt to the necessary changes we need to make for real and lasting healing.
